Oral presentations

We have scheduled 15 minutes for the talks with an additional 5 minutes for discussion.

The auditorium is equipped with a Windows computer and a projector for PowerPoint presentations with a sound system for audio files. In case you would like to present from Apple or by other means, please let us know before your presentation. Please notice that Apple users are encouraged to bring their own adapters.

All authors are encouraged to hand in their presentations on a USB stick before the session starts (before the first session in the morning or during a break). There will be a staff member in the auditorium during the breaks to help you make sure everything works as planned.

The posters should be in portrait orientation. The recommended size of the posters is A0 (83.0 x 115.4 cm or 32.7 x 45.4 inches). The size of the poster panels is 88cm (width) x 118cm (height). Presenters are asked to put up their posters already on Sunday. Posters must be removed by the end of Tuesday. Please check your poster number in the program and hang your poster in its assigned board.
